Clean Up Auction

The Lincoln County Fairgrounds is doing some spring cleaning of some of their equipment and items no longer needed... This is the perfect opportunity to snatch them up at at really good price!

Here's How it Works:

Drop off or mail your sealed bid to the Lincoln County Fairgrounds Office.

E-mail or phone bids will not be accepted!

If after hours, please use the dropbox located by the office door.

Bidding begins Monday, May 18th
All bids are due by 5 PM on Friday, May 29th
Winners will be notified via phone by June 2nd - 5th
Items must be picked up by 5 PM on June 12th

*All items are sold as is.

Items are available to view at the Lincoln County Fairgrounds, Monday thru Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.

What is a Sealed Bid?

A sealed bid is a document enclosed in a sealed envelope and is submitted in response to invitation to bid. Sealed bids received up to deadline date are generally opened at a stated time and place usually in the presence of anyone who may wish to be present and evaluated for award of a contract.

Since we are under Social Distancing Guidelines... Bids will be opened at the Ag Society Board Meeting via Zoom on June 1st. Winners will be contacted between June 2nd - 5th and will have until June 12th  at 5 PM to pickup their won item(s) at the Lincoln County Fairgrounds.
