Facility Rental

Information

*Proof of insurance must be provided for all rentals

*All events will be advertised on electronic sign at main entrance

*$200 damage/cleaning deposit is required for all indoor/ outdoor area rentals

Pricing:

Ag Activity Center

     $550 for full day (8:00am -1:00am)

     $350 for half day (8:00 am-4:00 pm or 4:00 pm -1:00am)

     $1,300 for Friday noon – Sunday noon

     $100 meeting rate (3 hr maximum)

 

Centennial Hall

     $400 for full day (8:00 am – 1:00 am)

     $325 for half day (8:00 am-4:00 pm or 4:00 pm -1:00am)

     $1000 for Friday noon – Sunday noon

     $100 meeting rate (3 hr maximum)

 

Non-Climate controlled buildings

Poultry Building (5320 sq ft)

Rabbit Building (4000 sq ft)

4-H/Open Class Building (4800 sq ft) 

     $125 for full day (8:00 am – 1:00 am)

     $75 for half day (8:00 am – 4:00 pm)

 

Outdoor Arena

     $250 for full day (8:00 am – 1:00 am)

     $10/horse for up to 7 horses

         - Half day rental fee for greater than 7 horses

 

Beef Arena

     $150 for full day (8:00 am – 1:00 am)

     $100 for half day (8:00 am-4:00 pm or 4:00 pm -1:00am)

     $20/hr

 

Outdoor Entertainment Pavilion (covered roof, open sides; concrete floor; picnic tables)T

     $175 for full day (8:00 am – 1:00 am)

Open Lots (north open area / northwest open area / east rabbit barn open area)

Building Rental for extension office & youth groups

     $35/day with $100 rolling deposit. Group is responsible for set-up and clean-up, if not cleaned group will be charged  $100 cleaning fee.

Additional Rental Charges:

Stalling

     $10/animal per night

 

Camper/R.V./Trailer hook-ups

     $25/night

     Dry Camping: $20/night

 

Vendor hook-up (does not apply during fair)

     $50/day + proof of insurance

 

Use of Kitchen only

     $100/day + $50 damage/cleaning deposit

 

Bleachers

     3 tier (3 available) $75/day

     5 tier (10 available) $100/day + $100 damage deposit

*Must be approved by Lincoln County Ag Society prior to rental
